Shipping to Australian Addresses?
We use Australian Post. There is no minimum order, but be aware that shipping costs change at 13, 25, 37 bottles etc, so it is cheaper to ship by the dozen. There is no maximum order.
Shipping to Overseas Addresses?
We ship via DHL air freight. To remove Australian Taxes please use the discount code "Overseas" (without quotes). Do not use the discount code if you are shipping to an Australian address - even if you are from overseas yourself.
There is no minimum order. The website has a limit of 4 cases, but if you want more, to a maximim of 10 cases, please use the "Add to Quote" feature and mention your address. We can also send pallets (by ship), at much cheaper freight rates.
Orders will generally take 1 to 2 working weeks (Asia), and a week or two more for the rest of the world. We will inform you of any delays.
My country is not listed?
Some countries have difficult and ever changing rules about shipping and wine. We can ship to the USA, but please email us for a quote. We can also ship to China usually. If your country is not listed, and you think we should be able to ship wines, please use the "Add to Quote" feature.
