Frazer Woods Wines is a small family owned vineyard producing La Cache sparkling wine in the esteemed Wilyabrup region of Margaret River. The vineyard is planted solely to Shiraz on ideal gravelly loam.
John Frazer has set up a specialised facility for the production of sparkling wine in the traditional French style "methode Champenoise". It is the first facility of its type in Western Australia.
All wines are made using traditional methods to produce a class and complexity that would otherwise be unachievable.
