Ashbrook Estate

Ashbrook Estate was established in 1975, and is still owned and operated by the Devitt family, whose motivation is unchanged - to make the best possible wines at affordable prices. 

Ashbrook's white wines are recognised for their varietal purity and character, while the Cabernet Merlot (20% Merlot and Cabernet Franc) is a complex style with excellent cellaring potential. The traditional hand plunging of the red wines gently extracts optimum flavour and colour from the skins, while the slow maturation over two years in the finest French oak makes characterful wines which are emminently approachable in their youth. Only fruit grown on the Estate is used and all processes, including bottling, are carried out using their excellent facilities.
