Howard Park Wines was established in 1986 and was one of the original pioneers of the Great Southern region. The founding owner of Howard Park, John Wade ventured west to Western Australia's South West with one belief: "I don't know any other region where you can produce both Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon as premium wines". This founding belief began the journey of Howard Park.

Since inception in 1986 the Howard Park family has included the noble varietals of Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot. In 1993 the range was extended to include a Chardonnay and a Sauvignon Blanc was added to in 2003. These wines are noted for their rare balance of elegance and power and a proven history of ageing with increased complexity and interest. Continued...

Tasting Notes

This first release is typical Muscat; rich with fruitcake, tea and columbine aromas. The palate is luscious and textured showing warm balanced spirit and a hint of appley rancio on the finish.
